WE WILL NOT DISCUSS YOUR ORDER WITH ANYONE WHO NOT THE NAMED ACCOUNT HOLDER (NAME IN THE VERIFIED ACCOUNT EMAIL).
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CHECKED YOUR APPLIANCES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN ANY RETURNS/REFUNDS NOT BEING ACCEPTED.
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible, and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address.
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind, please contact us within 14 days.
Refunds will automatically be returned to you once goods are back in our returns warehouse.
Delays can occur with receiving goods from our logistic partner, and refunds are not possible until the goods are logged within our returns system, if this happens, please always contact us direct to support.
We offer FREE returns all goods purchased from our scheme of Benefits By BSH, the only exceptions are below.
- Delivery Charges, and any additional services (connection or Recycle) :
- If you cancel after delivery of your appliance and the services have already been completed, we won’t be able to refund any charges that you have paid for these.
- If you request a return due to wrong item being delivered, these costs will not be refunded.
- If you cancel your order before delivery, the services will be cancelled and refunded.
- Spares, Accessories or Parts
- In some circumstances you will be required to pay for the return of the item, this will be advised at the time of confirming your return. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
